Consultation
Tell us what you are seeing: a leak, missing shingles, a storm, or a roof that is just worn out. We listen and set a time to look at the property.
Site assessment
We inspect the roof (and use drone photos when it helps). You get a straight read on condition, photos, and whether a patch will last or the field is done.
Project planning
Written scope, materials (GAF and the other systems we install), timeline, and how we protect the yard. No work starts until you approve it.
Build and walkthrough
Tear-off or repair, deck check, install, and a clean site. We walk the roof with you before we leave.
What to expect on timing
A leak look is often same-day or next day during our 7am–5pm hours. A full replacement is usually a few days on site once materials are set, weather allowing. We do not quote 24/7 coverage we cannot staff.
